Much recent research has shown that art is very important in a child's development.  It gives them the opportunity to express themselves through creativity, promotes self-esteem, stimulates perception and develops hand and eye coordination.  Since many children are visual learners, this is an opportunity for them to thrive!

Cut-backs and lack of funds are making it more difficult for schools to be able to offer quality art classes for so many eager children.  They have a passion for art but it is just not able to be nutured.

I have a solution to this dilemna! 

I teach art classes for children 2nd grade through high school, studying a variety of mediums and techniques throughout the year.
